Hubert Davis has landed three recruits for the 2025 class, and with the off-season right around the corner, he’ll more than likely fill out his roster via the transfer portal for the 2025-26 season. That means that the staff is starting to prioritize the 2026 recruiting class, and Davis got busy last night, offering 2026 five-star power forward, Toni Bryant, from the state of Florida. Per 247Sports, Bryant is considered to be the No. 10 overall player in the 2026 class, in addition to being ranked as the No. 3 power forward, and the No. 1 player from the Sunshine State. Carolina’s interest in Bryant comes after he’s already received numerous offers from Texas, Michigan, Kansas State, Illinois, and ACC schools including Louisville, Clemson, and Florida State.
Bryant becomes another top target for Davis and his staff in the 2026 recruiting class, which includes eight other five-star prospects, Jordan Smith, Caleb Holt, Anthony Thompson, Tyran Stokes, Cole Cloer, Cameron Holmes, Deron Rippey Jr, and Miika Muurinen. Muurinen is the second other power forward to be offered in the class officially, and given the struggles that Carolina had last off-season solidifying its frontcourt, expect Bryant and Muurinen to be a top priority in that recruiting cycle.
