After handing out a number of offers in the 2025 recruiting class a few weeks ago, Hubert Davis and his staff are at it again, as they offered Acaden Lewis, a 2025 combo guard earlier today. Lewis, who is from Washington, D.C., and is ranked as the No. 72 prospect according to 247Sports Composite, while being the No. 12 combo guard, and the No. 3 player from the nation’s capital. Lewis holds offers from multiple power conference programs, including Michigan, Louisville, Miami, Maryland, Virginia Tech, and others.
Lewis becomes the latest player to earn an offer from UNC, as Carolina has now offered 15 players in what is going to be a very important cycle for Hubert Davis, as he looks to establish long-term success in his program. He knows he’ll have to replace RJ Davis, and it’s likely he’ll have to replace multiple five-star freshmen, who could be NBA-bound after one season in Chapel Hill. With the summer AAU circuit about to heat up, so will the staff’s recruiting efforts, as they look to start solidifying the foundation of the roster for years to come.
