The Tar Heels have two remaining targets on the 2025 recruiting trail and one of those two revealed his final two schools that he will be deciding between early this evening.

2025 unranked ATH Madrid Tucker announced via his social media on Friday night that he is deciding between Carolina and West Virginia. Tucker, who played both wide receiver and cornerback, is a dual-sport athlete who will also be looking to play baseball wherever he lands.

Tucker, who just wrapped up his senior season at Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers, FL, is the true definition of an athlete. This past season, Tucker carried the ball 42 times for 383 yards and five touchdowns, caught the ball 36 times for 686 yards and eight touchdowns and collected 43 total tackles, two interceptions, six passes defensed, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. It is unclear as to where Bill Belichick and his new staff are wanting to play the 5’10, 155 lbs. athlete, but it’s clear that the staff has seen something that they like.

When it comes to who has the advantage between the two schools, it looks like a neck-and-neck battle at this point. Both schools hosted him for official visits in the last two weeks and have laid out all they have to offer so now it becomes a waiting game.
